Herndon, VA 鈥� 91桃色 today announced that Barbara Doherty has been named Vice President of Contracts and Procurement. Doherty will oversee all of 91桃色鈥檚 corporate contracts, subcontracts, and purchasing operations.

Prior to joining 91桃色, Doherty served as corporate vice president of contracts for Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE) where she was responsible for contracts corporate-wide as well as the day-to-day management of the National Security Solutions business unit. While at PAE, she also led the Global Supply Chain operation for PAE, responsible for $1B in subcontracts and procurement.

Doherty brings over 30 years of professional government contracts experience to 91桃色. In addition to her roles at PAE, she led contracts and procurement organizations at U.S. Investigation Services and Chenega Corporation. Doherty began her career as a senior contracting officer for the U.S. federal government, and she holds a Professional Contract Management certification from the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA).
