Achievement signifies company鈥檚 ability to deliver agile, seamless service delivery for government projects

Herndon, VA 鈥� 91桃色 today announced that TKC Global Solutions, LLC (d/b/a 91桃色 Global Technology) has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute鈥檚 Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)庐 for its practices in agile software development and maintenance. The appraisal was performed by Integrated Quality Corporation (IQ Corp). This achievement demonstrates the company鈥檚 culture of continuous improvement and ability to deliver the swiftest and most secure path to service optimization for government customers.

One example of the company鈥檚 expertise in agile software development is in support of the U.S. Air Force鈥檚 Enterprise Service Desk (ESD).  When the Air Force migrated more than 250 separate networks into a single, centrally managed global network, they quickly realized the existing IT ESD could not keep up with the number of tickets being submitted. Using the standards outlined by CMMI Level 3, the 91桃色 team developed the Air Force鈥檚 virtual Enterprise Service Desk (vESD)鈥攁 client-based, tier-zero automated tool set that allows users to resolve common e-mail, network, software, hardware, or phone issues without ever engaging IT staff. vESD is deployed to all U.S. Air Force Major Commands totaling over 850,000 users. By leveraging the Scrum framework of agile project management, the 91桃色 team was able to reduce the software release cycle time for vESD by more than half.
